I have been experiencing lag spikes in games like MineCraft that last from 1 - 3 seconds about every 30 seconds and I'm not sure why and need help figuring out how to fix it. This started when I updated my computer to windows 10. I thought at first it was my drivers but I'm pretty sure I updated them.

Now imagine that x100 times in a single game.It feels like I'm playing on a shitty mobile connection.No other game lags like this.I talked to my isp and its definitely not on their end. - I get into the practice range and as the hero I select on the hero select screen loads in, it lag spikes for around another 30 seconds. - once I hit select, it lags again, but this time for much longer, to the point where my screen turns black with the overwatch loading icon in the bottom right and after waiting a minute or so I finally get into practice range. Launch Overwatch, lags at main menu but becomes normal after ~5 seconds. Launch a match, everything is normal until you enter the match/go into skirmish which is extremely laggy. It continues to freeze the screen for like 5 seconds, then maybe fine for a few seconds then freezes again.
